Evaluation Methods and Requirements
Suppliers are evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Delivery Time – Effectiveness in meeting delivery deadlines;
- Quantity – Effectiveness in handling complaints and level of technical support;
- Quality – Conformity of the supply and reliability of the product/service;
- Price – Price changes and financial conditions;
- Other – Number of complaints due to poor supplier performance, customer service, and adequacy of supporting documentation.
Each criterion is assessed on a scale from 1 to 3.
If the overall evaluation is above 2, the supplier is classified as “Preferred”, and the supplier relationship is maintained.
When the evaluation score is between 1.5 and 2, the supplier is classified as “Adequate”. In this case, the supplier is maintained, although improvement actions may be recommended.
Finally, if the evaluation result is equal to or below 1.5, the supplier is classified as “To Be Replaced”, leading to the exclusion or replacement of the supplier.
